My Story
You've already survived the hard part. Now you need someone who understands—and can show you the way forward.
When my father's business collapsed, I did what most people do: I hid my cracks. I pretended everything was fine. For years, I carried the weight of that failure—not just the practical consequences, but the shame, the self-doubt, the constant feeling that I was somehow broken.
"I spent years hiding my cracks. Pretending. Performing. I know the exhaustion. I know the weight of pretending you're fine when you're not."
What changed everything was discovering the ancient Japanese art of Kintsugi—where broken pottery is repaired with gold, making it more valuable than before it was broken. This philosophy became my compass for healing, not by erasing my past, but by integrating it.
What I Do Now
Since then, I've guided 300+ people through their own breaking—corporate teams navigating organizational trauma, entrepreneurs recovering from failure, individuals in major life transitions.
I blend Kintsugi wisdom with evidence-based approaches to acceptance, mindset, and self-compassion — so your healing is both felt and grounded. My work draws from:
- CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) — For reframing thoughts and challenging distortions
- REBT (Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy) — For disputing irrational beliefs
- CFT (Compassion Focused Therapy) — For developing self-compassion
- ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) — For psychological flexibility
