Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need art experience?
No. The Kintsugi practice is metaphoricalβyou're learning self-compassion, not becoming a ceramic artist. We offer both physical and digital options for the repair practice.
Is this therapy?
No. This is psychoeducation and skill-building, not psychotherapy. If you're in crisis, please seek professional help first. This program complements therapy beautifully but doesn't replace it.
What if I miss a session?
All sessions are recorded. You'll have lifetime access to recordings, workbooks, and the community even after the 12 weeks end.
How much time does this require?
90 minutes weekly for live sessions + 10-15 minutes daily for practice. The daily practice is non-negotiableβthis only works with consistent engagement.
